Dear Customer,
According to an urgent notice from Taiwan telecom operators, effective on 12th of August, all SMS content must be whitelisted in advance using the designated form, along with the submission of three mandatory certificates. Please refer to the following for requirement details:
1. SMS Content Whitelisting Overview
All SMS including verification codes, notifications, and marketing SMS sent to Taiwan, China must be filled by using the official template form.
SMS can only be delivered after successful submission and approval by the operators.
2. SMS Content Delivery Requirements
Every SMS must clearly identify the sender by including the brand name or company name at the beginning of the message.
Example: [Tencent] Your Tencent Cloud account verification code is: XXXXXX.
3. Company Certificate Documentations
For each company entity or brand involved in SMS delivery, the following documents must be provided without exception:
a. Valid business license of the company
b. Legal representative's identification document
c. Business responsible person's identification document
Missing any of the above documents will result in rejection from telecom operators.
To ensure uninterrupted SMS service in Taiwan, China, we strongly urge you to strictly comply with the above requirements, otherwise will lead to SMS delivery failures.
