We understand that this change may impact your business purchasing decisions, so we are detailing the adjustments here and promise to make every effort to ensure a smooth transition.
Adjustment Details
1. Simplified Billing Process: We will simplify the billing process for exclusive DDoS protection services within EO to reduce complexity for customers in understanding and operating.
2. Flexible Plan Options: We offer Essential and Premium plans to meet the needs of different customers. Customers can choose flexibly based on their own protection needs.
3. Mainland China Protection Add-On: For customers who need higher protection capabilities, we provide a Mainland China protection add-on to enhance the protection capabilities to Tbps level.
Notes
● After the new billing rule takes effect, new customers' purchases will be calculated according to the new billing rules.
● EO exclusive DDoS protection instances subscribed before the adjustment will continue to be calculated according to the old billing rules. We will keep the billing method unchanged for existing customers to minimize the impact on them.
● Customers' existing protection configurations will not be affected by the change.
● Postpaid business scale and protection resources fees will refer to the subsequent product billing documentation.
