To ensure that your ES service continues to receive performance optimizations, feature enhancements, security updates, and official technical support, the Tencent Cloud ES team will periodically manage the lifecycle of the Elasticsearch kernel versions.
Currently, certain versions have entered or are about to enter the EOM (End of Marketing) and EOS (End of Service & Support) phases. While the normal usage of versions in these phases will not be affected, to avoid potential security risks, stability issues, and the impact of losing technical support due to using outdated versions, it is strongly recommended that you promptly evaluate and update your Elasticsearch version usage plan by upgrading or migrating your clusters to fully supported versions.
1. If you are using versions 5.x, 6.x, or any 7.x version prior to 7.14.2, it is recommended to upgrade to version 7.14.2 as soon as possible.
2. If you are using any 8.x version prior to 8.16.1, it is recommended to upgrade to version 8.16.1 as soon as possible.
