To further improve the management and user experience of our Simple Email Service(SES)—and to ensure security and regulatory compliance—we will adjust outbound sending permissions for individually verified users as follows:
1. Adjustment Details
Starting at 00:00 (Beijing Time) on March 2, 2026, newly activated SES accounts under individual real-name verification will no longer be able to send email via the SMTP.
2. Available Alternatives
You can continue sending email using either of the following methods, with full functionality unchanged:
1. API Sending: Integrate email sending by calling the SES API .
2. Console Sending: Send email directly from the console .
3. The Scope of The Adjustment
●This change applies only to individual verified users who activate the SES at or after 00:00 (Beijing Time) March 2, 2026.
●For individual users who activated the service before this time, SMTP sending permissions will remain unaffected for now.
●Organization verified users are not impacted, and their permissions remain unchanged.
