Impact
1. On the international site, new purchases of shared CLB instances are no longer supported.
2. On the international site, the instance type of all new CLB instances is LCU-supported by default, and you can select another available instance type when creating an instance.
3. Existing shared CLB instances run as expected. It is recommended that you upgrade these shared instances to LCU-supported instances to enjoy better services.
