Update to Exam Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Dear Users,
To further enhance your examination experience, the Tencent Cloud Certification Exam Platform will update its rescheduling and cancellation policy for exam appointments, effective April 30, 2026 (UTC+8). The details are as follows:
| Exam Type | Before Adjustment | After Adjustment |
|---|---|---|
| Theoretical Exam | Reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled exam time | Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time |
| Lab Exam | Reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled exam time | No change — reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled exam time |
Please Note: If the time remaining until your scheduled exam is less than the above-specified period, rescheduling and cancellation will no longer be available. Please plan your exam schedule accordingly.
