To further safeguard the overall quality and platform security of the Email Push Service and improve email deliverability for all users, Tencent Cloud Simple Email Service (SES) will adjust its domain reputation upgrade policy.
I. Details of the Adjustment
Effective from 00:00 (Beijing Time) on May 7, 2026, for users who newly activate the SES, each sending domain may complete at most one reputation level upgrade within a single calendar day.
II. Scope of Application
1.This adjustment applies only to users who activate the SES on or after 00:00 (Beijing Time) on May 7, 2026. Existing users (who have activated the service before 00:00 (Beijing Time) on May 7, 2026) and new domains added by existing users are not subject to the daily upgrade limit and may continue to upgrade under the original rules.
2.This adjustment concerns only the daily upgrade cap and does not involve any changes to other upgrade rules.
