[LLM Service TokenHub] Notice of Terms of Service Update

To enhance your product experience and usage protection, the LLM Service TokenHub will update its LLM Service TokenHub Terms of Service on May 30, 2026 00:00 (UTC+8) (Monday). The relevant Terms of Service will become effective as of May 30, 2026 00:00 (UTC+8). Please review and refer to the updated version accordingly.
This update adds Chapter 13 "Export Control Compliance". The specific terms are as follows:
13.1 You shall comply with applicable export control laws, regulations, and policy requirements. Without appropriate authorization or license, you shall not export, re-export, or transfer (in-country) controlled items to restricted countries, entities or individuals. If any change to the applicable export control laws, regulations and policy requirements restrict or prohibit the performance of the LLM Service TokenHub Terms, or render the performance hereof likely to violate such export control laws, regulations and policy requirements, Tencent Cloud shall have the right to suspend or terminate the performance of the LLM Service TokenHub Terms in whole or in part without liability.
13.2 Any products or services provided by Tencent Cloud to you shall not be used for any end use prohibited by applicable export control laws, regulations, and policy requirements.
13.3 In addition, any content uploaded by you shall not contain any software, technology or relevant information that requires governmental authorization or license before publication or export.
