PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (PTTOR), retail arm of the largest conglomerate in Thailand, owns and operates more than 2,500 gas stations in Thailand. PTTOR has established Care For Car Company to develop the FIXX application with cooperation from leading partners with standards such as FIT Auto, DENSO, Wizard Auto Care and Blaupunkt and open chance a service channel for who business and local shop related car care services to connect searching and request services to emergency call. The application to be serve services demand and engage with customers to provide more convenience, a comprehensive vehicle care and maintenance tool, for auto-services providers such as Car Maintenance Service center, Garage, Oil changes, Car wash services and customers able to advance booking and 24-hour emergency roadside assistance with a network of partner shops.

Challenges & Goals

The FIXX vehicle care and maintenance application needs to comply with PDPA privacy law. PTTOR was looking for a cloud provider with a reliable network, international security standard, OCR for vehicle ID reading, and at least 2 data centers in Thailand.
