A primary challenge lies in localizing the solution provided by its cloud partners to resonate with Malaysian consumers. Moving users away from the deeply ingrained habit of using physical cards toward a "Wave and Pay" palm biometric system requires overcoming behavioral inertia and building public trust.

OpenSys was introduced to the Palm payment device at an exhibition approximately one year ago, recognizing it as an innovative technology that is not yet available in the Malaysian market.
