If you are a customer of a Tencent Cloud partner, the rules regarding resources when there are overdue payments are subject to the agreement between you and the partner.
The monthly bill will be settled within the first 3 days of the next month. If your account has insufficient balance, the service will stop. To activate it, you need to top up balance first.
