Dear Tencent Cloud users：
Thank you for your long-term support for "Mobile Security." Due to business adjustment, we regret to announce that it will be out of service on April 1, 2026. The specific arrangements are as follows:
From April 1, 2025, stop existing user new purchase, and renewal period shall not exceed April 1, 2026.
From March 1, 2026, renewals will be stopped, and only cancellations will be allowed.
From April 1, 2026, full technical support will be stopped, and only console data will be retained.
On September 30, 2026, the console entrance will be closed, all data will be cleared, and all services will be stopped.
If you have any queries about the product discontinuation, you can submit a ticket or directly reach out to product operation.
