After a yearly/monthly subscription Elastic MapReduce (EMR) Serverless TCBase instance is purchased, you can renew it manually or via auto-renewal. If auto-renewal is enabled for the instance and your account balance is sufficient, the system will automatically renew the instance before its expiration. This eliminates concerns about resources and data being deleted due to untimely renewal. For instances with auto-renewal disabled, manual renewal is supported via the console, with a minimum renewal period of one month.
Renewal Rules
1. Yearly/monthly subscription billing instances to be renewed must be in normal running status.
2. Once auto-renewal is set, the instance will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis on the day of expiration. You need to ensure that your account balance can cover at least one month's fee for the prepaid instance. If your available account balance is insufficient, the auto-renewal will fail.
3. If there are available vouchers during renewal, the system will automatically use them. For details, see the Voucher documentation. 4. If you manually renew the instance before the payment due date, the system will automatically perform the next auto-renewal based on the latest expiration date.
Manual Renewal
1. Log in to the EMR Serverless TCBase console, find the instance to be renewed from the instance list, and click Renew in the Operation Management column. 2. On the renewal configuration page, select the desired renewal duration.
3. After the renewal configuration information is confirmed, click Confirm to proceed with the renewal.
Auto-renewal
1. Log in to the EMR Serverless TCBase console, find the instance whose auto-renewal policy needs adjustments from the instance list, and click Set Auto-renewal in additional management operations. 2. On the auto-renewal configuration page, select Enable/Disable auto-renewal.
3. After the information is confirmed, click Confirm to save the change to the auto-renewal policy.
