Note:
Partners (distributor, reseller) enter the online signing process after approval.
Note: New partners must complete contract signing before they can use the partner center console officially.
Second-level resellers sign directly with distributors, no need to go through Tencent Cloud's online contract process. The console can be used after distributor approval.
Contract Signing Process
1. Enter the Partner Center Console > Contract Management webpage. For first-time entry, partners will have contracts to be signed automatically pushed. Click Sign to enter the signing process. 2. Information confirmation and completion page.
Confirm if the partner information filled in during onboarding is accurate (if not, contact your channel manager to perform information modification).
Protocol Type Description:
If you want to become a Tencent Cloud reseller, choose "Tencent Cloud Reseller Agreement" or "Tencent Cloud Distributor Agreement" according to the reseller type. Type Description:
"Reseller" refers to the partnership established between Tencent Cloud and a single-tier reseller. The single-tier reseller can obtain discounts or promotions when purchasing products from Tencent Cloud, independently sales product to customer, but cannot develop second-level resellers.
"Distributor" refers to the partnership relationship established between Tencent Cloud and resellers at multiple levels. In this cooperation mode, Tencent Cloud sells products to distributors, who then sell products to second-level reseller. Ultimately second-level reseller sells product to sub-customers . And distributors can also develop and sell to own direct customers.
However, if you want to become a Tencent Cloud reseller and Tencent Cloud service integration partner, you are required to agree to “Tencent Cloud Reseller and Integration Agreement”. After you agree to this agreement, you can resell Tencent Cloud services, integrate Tencent Cloud services into one or more of your products and services, or into your products and services licensed by a third party. Then you can offer such integrated products/services to your own customers.
After verifying the information, click Next to enter the contract signing page.
3. View contract details, check "I have read and agree to Tencent Cloud Reseller Agreement, then click Sign Contract.
4. After successful submission, you can return to the list page and click Refresh to query the contract signing status (it takes 1–2 minutes for the system to sign the contract).
5. Signed contracts can be clicked view details to view the contract. After entering the details page, you can click in the upper right corner to download the contract. Contract Non-Renewal
1. After successful contract signing, contract non-renewal can be performed. Enter the Partner Center Console > Contract Management webpage, click Non-renewal, and confirm the current contract information. Note:
Contract non-renewal cannot be performed within 30 days before contract expiration.
2. After successful submission, the contract status changes to Pending Approval for Non-renewal. You can refresh to get the approval status. (For approval details, contact your channel manager.)
3. After approval, the system will no longer push contract renewal after the current contract expiration.
Contract Renewal
1. Contract renewal can be performed 45 days before contract expiration. Enter the Partner Center Console > Contract Management webpage, click Renewal to renew the contract. Note:
You have 15 days to renew the contract. If no action is taken within 30 days before contract expiration, renewal will be performed by default.
2. After confirming renewal, you will enter the signing process for the renewal contract. The effective date of the renewal contract is the next day after the expiration date of the current contract.
