Overview
Partners can query the daily unbilled spend projection data of all postpaid monthly settlement products belonging to their sub-accounts. Meanwhile, the system will automatically trigger alert notifications to avoid large credit breakdown.
Monthly Settlement Predicted Fee Alarm Notification
Alert Rule
Applicable Objects: partners (resellers, first-level distributors, and second-level resellers).
Timing of reminders: When a direct sub-client under a partner meets the Sub-client Alert Rule, an alert notification will be sent to the partner.
Reminder frequency: Within a calendar day (00:00 - 24:00), each sub-client will only be notified once, and notifications will not be sent repeatedly.
Note:
Indirect sub-accounts (sub-accounts of second-level resellers) trigger alerts that only notify the second-level reseller, not their first-level distributor.
Product Alarm Subscription Notification
Enter Message Center > Message Subscription, find "Product Alert Notification" under Product Message, and check the corresponding notification method.
Note:
If you do not wish to receive this alert notification, just uncheck the notification method corresponding to "product alert notification".

Unbilled Customer Expenses
Note:
The unbilled expense is an aggregation of spend projection data for direct sub-clients or indirect sub-clients under the partner's perspective.
Daily forecast amount is the spend projection for the cumulative usage by the end of the query month, not the usage fees for new additions on the day.
Unbilled fees are a spend projection containing only partial postpaid monthly settlement product usage for this month, with a 1–2 day delay, for reference only. The actual fee is subject to the bill for this month.
View Direct Sub-Client Unbilled Cost
Use your partner account to enter the Partner Center Console, select Billing > Customer Uncredited Charge from the left-side menu to view the unbilled spend projection data of direct sub-clients under the partner.
Applicable Objects: resellers, first-level distributors, and second-level resellers.
Data query range:
Reseller: Only support query of customer data that belong to their own payeruin.
First-level reseller: Only support query of customer data that belong to their own payeruin and have sub-agentUin as 0.
Second-level reseller: Only support query of customer data that belong to their own sub-agentUin.
View Indirect Sub-Client Unbilled Cost
Use your partner account to enter the Partner Center Console, select Cost > Indirect Sub-client Unbilled Cost from the left-side menu to view the unbilled spend projection data of indirect sub-clients under the partner.
Applicable Objects: first-level resellers
Data query range: First-level resellers only support query of customer data that belong to their own payeruin and have sub-agentUin not as 0.

The time window only supports monthly queries.
Classification Dimension
The classification dimension is mainly used to aggregate unbilled cost data in a specified range, reflecting the distribution situation under this dimension.
View the current supported dimensions for direct sub-clients: product, subproduct, region, AZ, sub-client.
View the current supported dimensions for indirect sub-clients: product, subproduct, region, AZ, second-level reseller, sub-client.
Note:
The figure only shows the top 10 data of the selected dimension on the day, the rest is not displayed. The following table displays all data and supports paginated query and download.
Chart type
Unbilled cost data supports three visualization methods: stacked bar chart, line chart, and bar chart.

Unbilled Expense Filter
Unbilled cost filtering is used to further narrow down the data scope in each dimension, supporting the selection or exclusion of multiple dimension values.
Filter options support: fee type (total amount, including subaccount discount price and original price), product, subproduct, region, AZ, transaction type, and billing mode.
