How to add an employee and grant related permissions?

1. Log in to Partner Center, choose Company Information > Employee Management > Role Management, and click Create Role, and then assign related permissions to the role. For specific operations, see Add Role.
2. Then choose Company Information > Employee Management > Employee Account, click Add Employee, and assign the corresponding role type to the employee. For specific operations, see Add Employee.

Can existing accounts be directly entered as employee accounts?

Not allowed.

How to modify employee account names, E-mail addresses and mobile numbers?

Resellers can choose Partner Center > Employee Management > Employee Account and click Edit, and then click Confirm after modification.
Note:
Employee account names cannot be modified.

How to get employee login information such as login addresses, accounts and passwords?

Login Address: Choose Employee Management > Employee Account in Partner Center and click Copy Employee Login Address, then paste it in the browser and navigate to the corresponding page.
Account and Password: Choose Employee Management > Employee Account in Partner Center and view the account name in the list on the page. The initial password is the last four digits of the mobile number and @Tencent.
Note:
After an employee changes the password, the admin cannot view the new password.
