Overview
When the officially purchased exclusive monthly subscription instances of TencentDB for CTSDB 3.0 are about to expire, you need to renew them promptly to avoid impacting your business due to the unavailability of the expired resources.
Batch Renewal for Instances About to Expire
1. Log in to the CTSDB Console with your Tencent Cloud account.
2. Select Version 3.0 at the top of the console page, and select the region for the instance in the dropdown list next to it.
3. Check the instances to be renewed on the instance list and click Renew above the instance list.

4. In the Renew the selected instances window, you need to perform the following operations and click OK.
Confirm the instance name and instance ID.
In the Renewal Period, select the duration of the instance renewal by full month or full year.
Confirm the total amount of instance renewals next to Fees.

5. On the Please confirm the following product information page, confirm Product List, check Unit Price, select the voucher or promo voucher, confirm the Fees on the bottom right, and click Submit Order.
6. On the Please Select a Payment Method page, click Confirm payment, and the renewal is completed after successful payment.
7. Return to the console, and you can see that the expiration time of monthly subscription instances has been changed in the billing mode column of the instance list.
Enabling Automatic Renewal
If automatic renewal is not enabled when an instance is purchased, to avoid impacting your business, you can follow the steps below to enable automatic renewal after purchase.
Note:
The device will be automatically renewed by month upon expiration. Make sure that the account balance is sufficient when the device expires.
1. Check the instances to be renewed in the instance list.
2. Above the instance list, select More > Configure Auto-renewal.

3. In the Configure Auto-renewal window, confirm the selected instances. And confirm the fee for 1 month to be paid next to Total Cost. Click OK to complete the payment.
Renewal at Renewal Management Center
Provide features such as Batch Renewal, Set to Auto-Renewal and Set to No-Renewal for instances on the Renewal Management page. For specific operations, see Renewal Management.
