Data Processing And Security Agreement

1. BACKGROUND
This Module applies if you use Risk Control Engine (“Feature”). This Module is incorporated into the Data Processing and Security Agreement located at (“DPSA”). Terms used but not defined in this Module shall have the meaning given to them in the DPSA. In the event of any conflict between the DPSA and this Module, this Module shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
2. PROCESSING
We will process the following data in connection with the Feature:

End user’s browser, device and connection data: Information about the end user’s computer or mobile device accessing your website or APP, including browser, device model and operating system, system attributes, operator information and unique device identifier: For iOS: Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) (optional), model, network condition, public system settings and attributes/properties, system version, IP address, user screen click behaviour information, WIFI status (optional), carrier information, sensor list information For Android: OAID, AAID (optional),GAID (optional), SSAID (optional), Widevine ID (optional), IMEI (optional), IMSI (optional), Android ID (optional), network conditions, public system settings and attributes/properties, model, system version, IP address, click information of screen operations, WIFI status (optional), carrier information, coarse geographical location (including source, attribute and timestamp of geographical location，longitude and latitude) (optional), app installation list (package name, package size, software signature, MD5, permission declaration) (optional), partial storage file path (optional) , sensor list information For Harmony OS: OAID, Widevine ID (optional), network conditions, public system settings and attributes/properties, model, system version, IP address, click information of screen operations, WIFI status (optional), carrier information, sensor list information For Mini Program: Network conditions, public system settings and attributes/properties, model, system version, IP address, WIFI status, coarse geographical location (including source, attribute and timestamp of geographical location, longitude and latitude) (optional) For Web: Network conditions, public system settings and attributes/properties, model, system version, IP address Please note that data fields marked “(optional)” are not required to be provided to or processed by this Feature, and rather are identifiers (collected and processed by you of your end users in your discretion) which you may choose to provide to us when you require certain functions (such as advertising-related functions with respect to the identifiers) as part of the Feature. We process such data only in accordance with your instructions. 2. End user’s online behavioral data (optional): Click, swipe and interface switch information about end user’s activities on your website or APP, such as visit time and frequency, pages viewed, distribution of screen swipes operations and stay time. Please note that data fields marked “(optional)” are not required to be provided to or processed by this Feature, and rather are data (collected and processed by you of your end users in your discretion) which you may choose to provide to us when you require certain functions as part of the Feature. We process such data only in accordance with your instructions. | We process this data to provide the functionality of the Feature to you, including to allow a comprehensive assessment of the risk results. Please note that this data is stored in our Tencent distributed Data Warehouse (“TDW”) feature. |
3. SERVICE REGION
As specified in the DPSA. The main server for this Feature is in Singapore.
4. SUB-PROCESSORS
As specified in the DPSA.
5. DATA RETENTION
We will store personal data processed in connection with the Feature as follows:

SDK Data | We retain such data for as long as you use the Feature. When your use of the Feature is terminated, we will delete this data within 5 days. |
You can request deletion of such personal data in accordance with the DPSA.
6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
You must ensure that this Feature is only used by end users who are of at least the minimum age at which an individual can consent to the processing of their personal data. This may be different depending on the jurisdiction in which an end user is located.
You represent, warrant and undertake that you are solely responsible for your use of the Feature and its respective functions, and you have and will only use the Feature and/or integrate the Feature in your product, service or platform (as applicable) in compliance with (i) applicable laws and (ii) app store rules, agreements, terms or guidelines applicable in respect of the collection, storage, processing, transfer, disclosure, and use of any end user data in connection with your product, service or platform that uses and/or integrates the Feature, including (without limitation) the Apple Developer Agreement, Apple Developer Program License Agreement, App Store Review Guidelines, Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, Developer Program Policy, Developer API Terms of Service, Google Play Best Practices, and Google Play Developer Resources, in each case as amended or replaced from time to time (“App Store Rules”).
You represent, warrant and undertake that you shall (i) obtain and maintain all necessary consents from data subjects in respect of the processing (including any transfer to us) of their personal data (as applicable) in respect of the Feature, in accordance with applicable laws and App Store Rules, and so as to enable us to comply with the same; and (ii) ensure that any processing (including any transfer to us) of data subjects personal data (including their device identifiers) complies with requirements and restrictions in accordance with applicable laws and App Store Rules, and so as to enable us to comply with the same. You agree you will indemnify and hold Tencent harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss or damage (including consequential losses, loss of profit and loss of reputation and all interest, penalties and legal and other professional costs and expenses) incurred by Tencent arising directly or indirectly from a breach of this requirement.
