Tag management provides preset database instance markers and supports custom markers for categorizing instances. This document introduces how to create, modify, and delete markers for instance classification.

Prerequisites
The sub-account has the necessary access permissions for DMC-related feature pages. For details and operations, see DMC User Permission Settings. The root account has full permissions by default. Creating a Marker
2. In the left sidebar, select Basic Development > Marker Management.
3. Click Create Markers at the top of the page.
4. In the pop-up dialog box, enter the marker name, select the marker color, and click OK.
Tag name: Only supports numbers, uppercase and lowercase English letters, Chinese characters, and special characters _ - . / ( ) [ ], with a length of less than 10.
Viewing the Marker Management List
2. In the left sidebar, select Basic Development > Marker Management.
3. View the marker management list.

Marker ID | The unique identifier for the marker. |
Name | The unique name for the marker. |
Associated Instances | The number of instances associated with the marker. |
Creator | The name of the user who created the marker. |
Creation Time | The time when the marker was created. |
Operation | Modify marker name and marker color: Click Edit, make the necessary changes, and then click OK. Delete marker: Click Delete, and then click OK. Note: Preset markers do not support edit or deletion operations. |
