After a regular user role is added to Database Management Center (DMC), the user should first request permissions for SQL window, SQL change tickets, and data export tickets before they can manage database tables.
Prerequisites
The sub-account has the necessary access permissions for DMC-related feature pages. For details and operations, see DMC User Permission Settings. The root account has full permissions by default. Directions
2. In the left sidebar, select Secure Release > Creation Process > Permission Application.
3. On the Create Permission Application Ticket page, select execution instance (displays data source name and ID), database, permissions, and validity period, and then click Submit a request.
4. Go to the Process Management > Ticket List page, select My Request, and view the ticket status.
If the ticket status is Reviewing. Once approved, the system automatically executes the request. If the status changes to Completed, the permission request is successful.
If the ticket status is Rejected, click View in the operation column to check the rejection reason.
