When a user submits a ticket for SQL changes, data import, data export, or permission requests, the corresponding approvers in the rule template bound to the instance will handle the approval process. This document introduces how to approve tickets.
Prerequisites
The operating user should be an approver for the tickets in the rule template bound to the instance.
Directions
2. In the left sidebar, select Secure Release > Process Management > Ticket List.
3. Select the My To Do tab to view tickets with the status of Reviewing.
4. In the Operation column of the pending tickets, click View.
5. On the ticket details page, view the ticket details or SQL check results. If everything is correct, click Approval Information in the upper-right corner.
6. In the pop-up box on the right, enter your approval comments and click Pass.
If there are issues, click Reject.
