This document introduces how to set the instance DBA or instance owner for a database instance. When the approval specification bound to the instance specifies ticket approval roles (such as the approval nodes in the approval template) as instance DBA or instance owner, relevant tickets for the instance should undergo approval operations.
Prerequisites
The operating user should hold the DMC administrator role.
In System Management > User Management, the corresponding user has been added. For detailed steps, see Adding Users. Directions
2. In the top menu bar, select Instance List.
3. In the Operation column corresponding to the target database instance, select More > Edit Instance DBA or Edit Instance Owner.
4. In the pop-up dialog box, select the user to be assigned and click OK.
