When a user submits a ticket for SQL changes, data import, data export, or permission requests, the approval is conducted by the approval roles defined in the approval specifications bound to the instance, such as the approval nodes specified in the approval template. This document introduces how to approve a ticket.
Prerequisites
The operating user should hold the role of instance DBA, instance owner, or administrator.
Directions
2. In the top menu bar, select Ticket Management.
3. The ticket management page displays all submitted tickets by default. Click Pending Tickets at the top of the page to only show the tickets pending approval under the current approver’s name.
4. In the Operation column corresponding to the ticket pending approval, click Review.
5. In the pop-up dialog box for Permission Application Work Order, SQL Change Work Order, Data Import Work Order, or Data Export Work Order, review the ticket details or SQL check results. If everything is correct, click Approved at the bottom of the page, and click OK in the pop-up dialog box.
If there are issues, click Rejected. The approval page varies depending on the ticket type; refer to the actual page for details.
