Granting Instance Permissions to Users
This document introduces how to grant permissions to a user. A user can be granted permissions to operate on one or more databases within a single database instance, including query, modification, import/export operations, and the validity period of the permissions.
Prerequisites
The operating user should hold the DMC administrator role.
Directions
1. Log in to the DMC console.
2. In the top menu bar, select System Management > User Management.
3. In the Operation column corresponding to the target user, click Grant Permissions.
4. In the pop-up dialog box, select the instance to be granted, database, corresponding permissions, and validity period, and click OK.
