Viewing or Reclaiming User Permissions

This document introduces how to view the database permissions granted to a user and perform single or batch reclaiming operations for unnecessary permissions.

Prerequisites

The operating user should hold the DMC administrator role.

Overview

Viewing Instance Permissions

1. Log in to the DMC console.
2. In the top menu bar, select System Management > User Management.
3. In the operation column corresponding to the user to be viewed, click View Permissions.
4. In the View Permissions dialog box, check which instances the user is authorized for, the specifically authorized databases, permission types, expiration time, and other details.


Reclaiming Instance Permissions

1. Go to the User Management page, and in the Operation column for the target user, click View Permissions.
2. In the View Permissions dialog box, reclaim permissions individually or in batches.
Individual reclaiming: Click Revoke in the operation column corresponding to the target user.
Batch reclaiming permissions: Select one or more instances and click Batch Revoke Permissions.
