DMC provides Preset Standard approval templates and supports custom approval templates. After configuring an approval template, associate it with specific specifications on the Review Standard page. The corresponding ticket type will follow the node sequence defined in the template for one or multiple rounds of approval.
The node sequence for approval tickets using preset templates is Instance DBA followed by the administrator. Preset templates are view-only and cannot be modified or deleted.

The operating user should hold the DMC administrator role.

2. In the top menu bar, select System Management > Review Template.
3. At the top of the page, click Add.
4. In the pop-up dialog box, fill in the template name and approval nodes (which represent the approval sequence for ticket processing).
Each node corresponds to one round of approval. If multiple rounds of approval are needed, click + to add nodes.
Approval nodes can be selected from the administrator, instance owner, or instance DBA.
Administrator: You can view which users have the administrator role on the System Management > User Management page, and roles can also be modified. For detailed steps on modifying roles, see Modifying Role. 5. After the configuration is completed, click Submit.

View preset template: Click View in the operation column corresponding to the preset system specification.
Modify approval template: When you need to modify an added approval template, click Edit in the operation column corresponding to the template. After adjusting the parameters, click Submit.
Delete approval template: When an added approval template is no longer needed, click Delete in the operation column corresponding to the template. In the pop-up dialog box, click OK.
