DMC provides approval specifications for SQL changes, permission requests, data imports, and data exports. By default, these are associated with the Review Template under the Preset Standard. You can modify the approval templates associated with the approval specifications based on your actual approval needs. Each type of approval specification corresponds to a specific ticket type, and the ticket approval process follows the approval template associated with the specification.
The node sequence of the approval workflow of tickets using the Preset Standard template is instance DBA and administrator.
Prerequisites
The operating user should hold the DMC administrator role.

2. In the top menu bar, select System Management > Review Standard.
3. In the Associated Template column corresponding to the specification, hover the mouse pointer over the template name and click . 4. In the pop-up dialog box, click Modify, select the approval template to be associated, and click Submit after confirming the selection.
After the successful submission, the ticket approval process for the ticket type corresponding to the approval specification will follow the newly associated approval template.
