The SQL window provides users with a graphical SQL editor featuring predefined SQL templates and support for user-defined SQL execution, facilitating efficient database querying and management through an intuitive interface.

Logged-in instance display area
The top of the page displays logged-in instances, allowing users to switch between instances for SQL operations.
You can click

on the page to add a quick login instance.

Database and table panel
Database
Supports viewing all databases in the current instance, including collections and views.
Supports clicking the Operation button on the right side of the target database to select SQL operations, database management, creating a collection, and other operations.
Collection
Supports viewing all collections in the current database.
Supports clicking the Operation button on the right side of the target collection to select SQL operations, Drop Collection, and other operations.
View
Supports viewing all views in the current database.
Supports clicking the Operation button on the right side of the target view to select the Drop View operation.
Searching databases and collections
The top of the database and table panel supports quick search for collections, databases, and database.collections.
User information
Supports viewing database accounts.
Favorite databases and tables
Click

on the right side of the database or collection. Favorited databases will appear at the top of the non-system database list in the database panel, and favorited collections will be displayed at the top under their respective databases.

SQL statement execution area
After entering an SQL statement, click Execute to perform database operations. Additional options include format optimization, clearing SQL statements, and saving the current SQL statement as My Commands.

Execution result area
After executing SQL statements, displays execution results, data results, and execution history, with support for data export.

Settings
Supports setting the execution timeout.

My Commands
Includes system templates and my favorites. The pre-configured system templates cover commonly used commands related to collections, databases, replica sets, and sharding.
User-defined saved SQL statements are displayed in the My Favorites section.

Import/Export
Supports data import and export operations.

Database Management
Supports creating new databases and viewing existing databases.

Viewing permissions
Supports checking the permissions assigned to the currently logged-in account for the instance.
