Configuration item | Description |
Report name | Used to fill in the email title. Supports Chinese characters, letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores, with a length limit of 2 to 120 characters, and cannot start with a hyphen. |
Site | Select the site for which you want to push the report data. |
Report format | Select the format of the report, with the following options: HTML: The report content will be embedded in the email body. |
Sending frequency | Select the frequency of report sending, with the following options: Send now: Send the report immediately after configuration; Daily: Send the data of the previous day at a fixed time every day; Weekly: Send the data of the previous week at a fixed time every Monday; Monthly: Send the data of the previous month at a fixed time on the 1st of each month. Note: The fixed time for sending reports is 8:00-10:00. If there is a backlog of reports, it may cause a delay in the actual delivery time of the report. The sending time will follow the time zone configured for the report task. For example, if a report task is configured to be sent daily and the time zone is UTC+9, the expected report sending time will be 8:00-10:00 in the UTC+9 time zone every day. |
Receiving channel | Select the channel for receiving the report, with the following options: Tencent Cloud user: Configure the recipient according to Cloud Access Management sub-user. Tencent Cloud user group: Configure the recipient according to the CAM user group. |
Recipient | Specify the recipient for the report. Note: Please ensure that the users configured in the recipient have set up CAM contact email, otherwise the report push will fail. |
Time zone | Set the time zone for report delivery. |
Data time range | Set the data time range for generating the report. This is only supported when the sending frequency is set to Send now. For more information, refer to Modifying Query Time Range. |
Data filtering conditions | Add data filtering conditions for generating the report. This is only supported when the report content is selected as Traffic service report. For more information, refer to Using Filtering Conditions. |
Report content | Select the report content template. Available options include: Traffic service report: Includes related data such as L7 client traffic, L7 client bandwidth, and L7 client requests. Security & performance report for domain name service: Includes related data such as L7 client traffic, L7 client bandwidth, L7 client requests, L7 security policy hits, and L3/4 DDoS attack protection bandwidth. Security & performance report for TCP/UDP application: Includes related data such as L4 client traffic, L4 client bandwidth, L4 concurrent connection count, and L3/4 DDoS attack protection bandwidth. |

Data Range | Select Specified Site List or All Sites to restrict the site data scope for the report content. Selecting All Sites requires the user to have resource permissions for all EO sites under the Tencent Cloud root account; otherwise, the download task creation will fail. When Specified Site List is selected, only sites under Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition can be chosen. |
Report Output Format | Select the file format for the report. Available options include: PDF docx |
Time zone | Set the time zone for report delivery. |
Data time range | Set the data time range for generating the report. For more information, see Modifying Query Time Range. |
Report content | Select the report content template. Available options include: Traffic service report Security & performance report for domain name service Security & performance report for TCP/UDP application |

Batch report generation | Select the dimensions for generating the report file. Available options include: Generate report globally: All data within the selected range are aggregated into a single report. Generate reports by site: Multiple reports are generated based on the selected data range, with each report corresponding to a specific site. Generate reports by sub-domain: Multiple reports are generated based on the selected data range, with each report corresponding to a specific sub-domain. Generate reports by L4 proxy instance: Multiple reports are generated based on the selected data range, with each report corresponding to a specific L4 proxy instance. |
Whether to output to separate files | When Batch report generation selects Generate reports by site, sub-domain, or L4 proxy instance, this item can be configured. Available options include: Yes: Output sub-reports for each site, sub-domain, and L4 proxy instance in separate files, pack multiple files, and provide a unified download link. No: Output sub-reports for each site, sub-domain, and L4 proxy instance in a single file. |
