Auto-synching Assets

Overview

You can automatically synchronize the Tencent Cloud assets to Bastion Host, reducing management costs and improving work efficiency.
Note
Database management feature should be activated as instructed.
Only Tencent Cloud database assets are supported for management currently.

Directions

1. Log in to the BH console.
2. In the left sidebar, choose System Settings > Asset auto sync.
Note
When you enable the automatic synchronization, role authorization is required. Follow the guide to complete Authorizing the Role for Asset Synchronization.
3. On the Automatic Asset Synchronization page, click Edit in the upper right corner. On the editing page, click

to enable the auto-sync switch.
Note
Synchronization asset types: CVM, TencentDB for MySQL, TencentDB for SQL Server, TDSQL for MySQL, TDSQL-C for MySQL, TencentDB for MariaDB, TencentDB for PostgreSQL, and TencentDB for MongoDB.

4. Click OK to save the settings. After automatic synchronization is enabled, the corresponding assets will be synchronized to the BH approximately every 8 hours.
