Data Privacy and Security Agreement

    1.Background

    This Module applies if you use the Tencent Ecard feature (“Feature”). This Module is incorporated into the Data Processing and Security Agreement located at (“DPSA”). Terms used but not defined in this Module shall have the meaning given to them in the DPSA. In the event of any conflict between the DPSA and this Module, this Module shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.

    2.PROCESSING

    We will process the following data in connection with the Feature:
    Personal Information
    Use
    User management data: name, photo, employee number, phone number and ID number, organisation name, landline phone number, email address, position, department and other related information to the extent uploaded by you or provided by your users
    We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you and creating the relevant QR codes.
    Payment records data: user account balance, merchant names and transaction records
    Registration data: registration code, registration record (registration time, employee number, department, location information) and registration rules
    Visitor reservation data: reason of visiting, name, phone number, department, plate number, visiting time and date, visiting location, and other information that visitors are required to submit to be able to access the relevant premises
    Notification data: notification content, reading record, sending record, equipment ID, equipment type number, operation system and employee number
    We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you and to enable you to send notification to your users.

    5.data retention

    We will store personal data processed in connection with the Feature as follows (unless otherwise required by applicable Data Protection Laws):

    User management data
    We retain this data for as long as you use the Feature and users have access as determined by you. In the event the Features ceases functioning, you request for deletion of such data or you otherwise terminate your use of the Feature, the data will be manually deleted within 30 days following the termination of the Feature or the relevant request.
    Payment records data
    Registration data
    Visitor reservation data
    Notification data
    You can request deletion of such personal data in accordance with the DPSA.

    6.special conditions

    You acknowledge, understand and agree that (i) we do not make any representation or warranty or give any undertaking that this Feature will be in compliance with any applicable laws or regulations, (ii) you have obtained any necessary licenses, registrations or approvals that may be required in connection with or related to the use of the Feature (such as in relation to payment processing activities, records of which may be reflected as part of the Feature’s functionalities) and (iii) any reliance on or use of this Feature is at your sole risk.
