Refund Rules
After Cloud Dedicated Zone (CDZ) is delivered, fees should be paid continuously in accordance with the agreed schedule. The process of initiating a refund to Tencent Cloud can only be started after the service period ends. The service cannot be terminated or canceled in advance.
Expiration and Termination Instructions
Before the committed use period expires, we will proactively contact you and provide the following two handling options:
Renewal: If you confirm to continue using cloud services and capacity, we will keep providing the services for you.
Termination: The background will cancel the automatic renewal process of the resource pack. We will then contact you to take the switches and servers deployed at your designated location offline and relocate them back to the Tencent Internet Data Center (IDC).
Note:
If we fail to contact you, the resource pack will be renewed monthly by default.
Rules for Adjusting Resource Pack Capacity
Resource packs do not support capacity reduction or partial refunds, but support capacity expansion (which requires re-signing a contract for the purchase).
