This feature provides MAU data for the last 12 months, with the option to select 2 months for data comparison, and support for exporting detailed data.
MAU description
Concept
MAU (Monthly Active Users) is an important metric for measuring user engagement with a product. It is typically used to assess the user base and user retention of the product.
Statistical rule
MAU is calculated based on the GUID of each device. The GUID is a unique ID generated for each device within each superapp. If a user opens one or more mini programs at least once during a month, they are counted as 1 MAU.
Note:
When a superapp is uninstalled and then reinstalled, a new GUID will be generated.
