To facilitate your use of Image Creation Large Model service, if the resource package you purchased has not been used, we support an unconditional refund within 7 days (including the 7th day).

7-Days Unconditional Refund Instructions

For a single Tencent Cloud account, the unused resource package of Image Creation Large Model can enjoy a 7-days unconditional full refund from the order fulfillment date. In this section, where it is mentioned that a refund can be made within 7 days, this shall include the 7th day from the date of purchase. Self-service refund can be completed on the Resource Management page. Concurrency/QPS can be refunded before 22:00 on the day before the effective start date. Once the validity period of the concurrency/QPS starts, refund is not supported. For refunds, please contact Submit Ticket.
For orders eligible for the 7-days refund, the refund amount is the total expenditure at the time of purchase, including cash account balance, earnings transferred to account, and gift account balance (discounts or vouchers are non-refundable). The refund amount will be returned to your Tencent Cloud account.
For packages purchased in promotional campaigns, the refund policy of the campaign will apply if it conflicts with the general refund policy. If the campaign policy states no refunds, then refund is not supported.
If the refund is abnormal or malicious, Tencent Cloud reserves the right to reject your refund request.
Note
You cannot apply for a refund in the following cases:
The resource package of Image Creation Large Model has been partially consumed.
The resource package of Image Creation Large Model has exceeded 7 days from the order fulfillment date.
Resource packages that were not purchased by you, such as free resource packages and resource packages gifted by the campaigns, are not eligible for refund.
If your account is discontinued due to illegal or non-compliant issues, all resource packages under that account are not eligible for refund.
Example: If you purchased a resource package of Image Creation Large Model on May 1, 2023 and it remains unused, you can refund it from May 1, 2023, to May 8, 2023. After 00:00 on May 9, 2023, the resource package is no longer refundable.

Refund Steps

1. Log in to the Image Creation Large Model console, go to the Resource Management page, select the resource package to be refunded, and click Refund.
If the Image Creation Large Model service has not been activated, click Activate Now in the console to activate the service, then you can go to the Refund page.

2. Click Confirm Refund.

3. After reconfirmation, the refund will be completed.

4. After completing the refund application, you can proceed with the withdrawal operation.

5. After the refund is completed, if you no longer need the Image Creation Large Model service , you can go to the Settings page to deactivate the service. After the service is disabled, your root account and sub-accounts will not be able to call any Image Creation Large Model API. Please operate cautiously.
