After you activate Video generation for the first time, a free call quota will be automatically granted from the following API for your testing and experience.
The free call tier of the image animate API will be distributed in the form of a one-time free resource package, which will be deducted first during billing and settlement. The free resource package is valid for 1 year. If the minutes of the free resource package are not used up within 1 year from the date of service activation, it will expire. By default, after the free resource package is used up or expires, Video generation will not automatically switch the billing mode to postpaid. If you have not purchased a prepaid resource package or have not actively activated the postpaid service, a billing exception error will occur. To use the postpaid mode for settlement, log in to the Console and choose Settings > Postpaid Settings to enable the postpaid mode.
