Certification Registration and Examination Guide

This guide is applicable to individual purchase scenarios: Please register for the Tencent Cloud Certification with your Individual Identity Verification account. The complete process includes three steps: purchase, schedule, and examination.
Purchase
1. Log in to Tencent Cloud Training and Certification, select certification subjects (taking "Tencent Cloud Computing Associate Engineer" certification as an example), and click the certification name.
2. On the certification details page, click Purchase now.
3. Read and agree to the terms of service, and then click Place Order. You can place an order for certification in the following two ways. For details on the terms of service content, please refer toTencent Cloud Certification Exam Terms of Service
(1) Pay directly or use Promo Voucher
(2) Redeem: If you have a redeem code applicable to the registration subject, you can also click Redeem Code to place an order using the redeem code.
4. Confirm product information and complete payment or redeem.
Schedule
Exam Schedule
1. Select the subject for which you need to schedule an examination, and click Schedule Exam.
Note:
The validity period of the certification order is 1 year. After expiry, the order will become invalid and the examination reservation cannot be performed; plan reasonably and reserve the examination within the validity period of the order.
You will receive a reminder that your order is expiring soon via Tencent Cloud Message Center, email, and SMS 90 days, 60 days, 30 days, and 15 days before the order expires.
2. Read and fully understand information such as the personal data privacy disclosure statement, and then click Next.
3. Fill in your personal information, and then click Next.
4. If the examination time you plan is within the available date range, click Schedule.
5. Read and fully understand information such as examination requirements and rules for making changes or canceling the appointment, and then click Next.
6. Read and fully understand information such as the personal data privacy disclosure statement, and then click Next.
7. Select the examination location, start date, and end date for the examination appointment as needed, and then click Next.
Note:
The selection of the start date and end date is limited to the purchase date.
8. Select the examination location, date, and time as needed, and then click Next.
9. Confirm information such as First Name, Last Name, ID Number, Mobile Phone, and Email Address, and then click Next.
10. Confirm that your personal information and examination appointment is correct, and then click Complete Appointment; after completing the schedule, you will receive an appointment information via SMS and email.
Apply for Extension or Cancel Exam
You can go to Certification Records to apply for extension or cancel the exam for free 72 hours before the scheduled examination time. Apply for Extension or Cancel Exam are not supported within 72 hours of the scheduled examination time.
Refund Policy
Examination
Take an Exam
You can log in to Certification Records and click Go To Exam to see examination time, address and identification requirements, etc.; or you can have related information through the SMS and email notifications received after completing the examination appointment.
Note:
Arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time to allow sufficient time to complete the sign-in procedure. If you arrive late, you may not be able to take the exam.
Please carry any one unexpired proof identification issued officially by the government, containing your name and recent photo, such as: driving license, ID card or passport issued by the government.
Grade Inquiry
You can go to Certification Records to query the certification results and certificate (if passed) three days after the theoretical exam.
Certificate Validity Description
The certificate is valid for 2 years from the date of release of the most recent passing grade. If you need to hold a valid certificate, please re-register for the exam after the certificate is nearing its expiration or has expired.
