Redeem Code Purchase and Usage Guide

This guide is applicable to enterprise purchase scenarios: the scenario where a Corporate Identity Verification root account purchases Tencent Cloud Certification Exam eligibilities in bulk and then assigns them to Individual Identity Verification root accounts for use.
Purchase Redeem Code
Before purchase, please go to Console to confirm that your currently logged-in Tencent Cloud account has completed enterprise identity verification and the User Type is a root account.
Select a certification subject in Tencent Cloud Training and Certification, click Purchase now, and you can place an order and make payment according to the page instructions; after purchase is completed, you will receive a purchase success notification through Tencent Cloud Message Center and email.
Use the Redeem Code
You can log in to Redeem Code Management Platform to manage orders and redeem codes. The feature introductions of each template in the management backend are as follows.
Overview
The overview page includes Redeem Code Overview, Quick Links and Registration.
Redeem Code Overview is used to show the number of purchased redeem codes, the number of used redeem codes, and summary information of the number of registrations, references, and passes.
Quick links are used to provide commonly used entry links.
Registration for the examination is used to display summary information of the number of registrations, references, passes and the pass rate by certification subjects; click View Details to view examinee details.
View Bills
The View Bills page is used to show order details. Click View Redeem Code to view details of the redeem codes included in the order; click Refund to apply for a self-service refund.
Note:
Only one refund is supported per order. If there is a redeem code in a bound status that needs a refund, unbind it manually in Redeem Code Management Platform first and then apply for a refund.
The order validity period of the certification examination product is 1 year. After expiry, the redeem codes included in the order will also become invalid. Allocate and use the redeem codes within the order validity period.
90 days, 60 days, 30 days, and 15 days before order expiration, you will receive an expiration reminder for the order via Tencent Cloud Message Center and email.
Redeem Code Management
The Redeem Code Management page supports search and filter and data export based on dimensions such as redeem code, certification subjects, order number, and redeem code status.
After you provide the redeem code to the examinee, the examinee can choose to place an order in the way of "Redeem Code" when registering for the corresponding subject. After the registration is completed and before the exam is reserved in this way, the status of the corresponding redeem code will change to Bound.
Note:
View results: Results can be viewed when the redeem code status is Completed.
Unbind: Unbinding is supported when the redeem code status is Bound. After unbinding, the examinee will not be able to take the certification examination. Meanwhile, the redeem code status will change to Unused.
Regenerate the redeem code: When the redeem code status is Unused, regenerating the redeem code is supported. Meanwhile, the original redeem code will be invalidated.
Data Statistics
The Data Statistics page is used to show examinee details. It supports search and filter and data export based on dimensions such as examinee's name, certification subjects, and examination type.
