Note:
This billing solution launch time: Starting from February 13, 2026 (Friday), it will begin a gradual rollout. For details, see[Tencent Cloud ADP] Announcement on the Upgrade of the Tencent Cloud ADP to a Subscription-Based Billing Model.
Tencent Cloud ADP uses a "platform monthly/annual subscription service + add-on package" billing mode. This billing system aims to achieve clear separation between platform basic services and resource consumption such as models, providing users with a transparent, flexible, and predictable cost management solution.
Activation Method
First-time use of Tencent Cloud ADP requires clicking Activate to activate platform usage permissions.
Billing Architecture
Core billing principles:
Users need to purchase a plan to buy and use add-on packages.
Plan and add-on packages are prepaid purchase method and do not support postpayment.
Add-on packages only can be used within the validity period of the package.
Billing Resource Introduction:
The platform provides services by month/annual subscription (abbreviation: plan): It supports procurement of Starter, Team, and Enterprise plan. Different plans vary in features and amount of resources. The plan includes a certain specification of Credit resources and knowledge base capacity, supporting purchase by month or year. Credit resources in the package reset per month and do not accumulate.
Add-on package: includes prepaid resource package and exclusive concurrency package.
Prepaid resource package (abbreviation: Credit package): provides various specifications of resource packages. The included Credit resources are used to deduct resource consumption of partial services on the platform, including model inference service, plugin service, knowledge base excess storage service, and other platform VAS. For specific deduction scope, please refer to Credit Resource Usage Scenario (Package Subscription). Exclusive concurrency model has a standalone billing mode and cannot use Credit resources for deduction.
Exclusive concurrency package: adopts the exclusive concurrency license mode for billing, providing standalone deployment resource services for partial generative models and thinking models. After purchasing the exclusive concurrency for the corresponding model, you will be charged by the number of concurrencies without additional Token fees.
Free Quota
When an activated root account activates the Tencent Cloud ADP service for the first time, it can manually claim the free plan with a valid period of 1 month based on the system guide. The free plan is an account-level right, and each new user (users who activate the product for the first time from February 13, 2026) can claim it only once. If the plan expires, it cannot be restored. At that time, if you need to continue using the service, you must purchase the Starter, Team, or Enterprise plan. After claiming the free plan, you can view it in Tencent Cloud ADP - Billing Resources.
Billing Plan

Plan can be upgraded but cannot be downgraded. After purchasing the Team Plan , users can upgrade to the Enterprise Plan. The Enterprise Plan cannot be downgraded to the Team Plan .
Plan rights and interests are subject to the last purchased and effective plan.
Counted from the time of purchase, the service takes effect immediately after purchase and will automatically terminate if you fail to renew upon expiration.

Add-on Package
Prepaid Resource Package (Credit Resource Package)
When more Credit resources are needed, you can purchase additional prepaid resource packages. Deduction priority: Credit resources in the package > prepaid resource package.
The resource pack validity period is 12 months (from the date of purchase).
Cannot be purchased or used separately. It can only be purchased and used with the Enterprise Plan or Team Plan.
Resource Specification:
This resource only supports the prepaid billing mode and does not provide postpaid. Please note, if the package expires or the account is in arrears, the prepaid resource package will be unavailable.

Exclusive Concurrency
Exclusive Concurrency provides users with standalone deployment model service. After purchase by user for a certain model, using this model will no longer consume Credit.
A request is counted as occupying 1 concurrency from initiation until the model fully returns the result.
Payment method: monthly or yearly subscription.

Knowledge Base Excess Storage
Use Cases: Uploading documents and Q&A in the knowledge base incurs capacity-based charges. This is applied enterprise-wide, calculating the total usage within the enterprise. You may offset costs using knowledge base capacity from subscription packages, Credit resources, or by purchasing additional prepaid resource packages. Deduction priority: Knowledge base capacity in subscription packages > Credit resources in subscription packages > Prepaid resource packages. When knowledge base usage exceeds the capacity in subscription packages, charges will apply according to the billing items below. Note:
Excess usage charge = (Total knowledge base usage - Package limit) × Excess time × Unit price (Unit: USD)
Excess time is the usage duration of the part exceeding the free quota until users delete knowledge base files and the usage restores to below the package limit, then billing stops. The amount is reported once per hour.
Knowledge Base excess usage is divided into "storage usage (source file)" and "storage usage (vector)", calculated by different price.
Storage usage (source file): Charge for excess usage of source files (if customer choice is cos document import, no fee for this item).
Storage usage (vector): Charge for excess usage of vector.
Knowledge Base Excess Capacity Invalidation Description:
When the package expires, there are no Credit resources, and the usage exceeds the capacity constraint of the package knowledge base, knowledge exceeding the available amount will enter an "over-quota" state after 7 days.
Knowledge in the "over-quota" state does not take effect in conversation and will be automatically deleted after 180 days. Documents are processed as over-quota based on the update order of the application/repository list and knowledge update order (from new to old). If needed, renew on time or purchase prepaid resource packages to continue using the knowledge base.
Knowledge in the "over-quota" state requires manual batch recovery after purchasing resources.

Settlement Management
Payment method: Online payment via your Tencent Cloud account (support account balance, voucher, and multiple online payment channels).
Invoice application: After payment, you can apply for a Value-Added Tax (VAT) General Invoice or Special VAT Invoice in the [Expense Center > Invoice Management] module.
Renewal Management: Support renewing packages and exclusive concurrency in Billing Resources, and support setting to auto-renewal or manual renewal.

Usage Notes for Legacy Version Paid Users (Refers to Users Who Used Tencent Cloud ADP before February 13, 2026)
1. Users Who Have Not Purchased Subscription Packages
After the subscription package is launched, if the user does not purchase a package, the usage rule is as follows:
Post-payment Resources: You can continue to enable and use them properly.
Prepaid Resources Purchased:
The purchased knowledge base expansion package and exclusive concurrency package can be used normally within the resource validity period, support renewal, but do not support new purchase.
The purchased Token resource package and Search Service package can continue to be used within the valid period, but do not support new purchase.
New purchase of prepaid resources: If needed, subscribe to a package before purchasing prepaid resources.
2. Plan to Purchase Subscription Package Users
After the subscription package is launched, if the user subscribes to a package, please note the following:
After purchasing a package, the generated usage from product use will prioritize using the Credit resources and knowledge base capacity in the package for deduction. Exclusive concurrent resources cannot be used with Credit deduction.
After the package takes effect, the existing prepaid resources not used up or not expired and postpaid billing will be temporarily out of service. Please confirm before purchasing the package whether the existing prepaid resources have been exhausted or will expire soon.
If there are still prepaid resources not used up or not expired after purchasing a package, you can submit a ticket to contact us for refund application processing.
3. Special Notes for Users of the Exclusive Concurrent Model
If the user has purchased and is using the exclusive concurrent model and plans to purchase a subscription package:
Ensure to contact us in advance via submitting a ticket to handle configuration details.
Avoid impact on normal usage due to rule conflict between concurrent resource billing and package offset.
