Instance Bundle Upgrade (Upgrade Configuration)
Price calculation: If you upgrade the bundle within the billing cycle, the price difference will be calculated based on the proportion of remaining days from the date the modification takes effect to the end date of the current cycle.
Calculation formula: Upgrade fee = (Monthly price of new package - Monthly price of original package) × (Remaining days / Total days of the month)
Example: On the 10th day of a certain billing period (assuming the current month has 30 days), you upgrade the package from Team Plan to Enterprise Plan. You need to pay the price difference between Enterprise Plan and Team Plan multiplied by (20/30).
Quota distribution: After upgrade, newly-added quota (such as Credit resource, knowledge base capacity) will be reissued proportionally based on remaining days to underwrite resource matches payment duration.
Plan Downgrade
Plan downgrade is not currently supported. If changes are needed, users can apply for refund and purchase a new package solution suitable for their needs.
Purchase Additional and Refund
Prepaid resource package: You can purchase additional packages within the valid period from the date of purchase. Prepaid resource packages do not support refund.
Exclusive concurrency: You can purchase additional packages within the valid period. For changes to exclusive concurrency instances (such as specification adjustment or unsubscribe), please refer to their independent purchase agreement.
