This billing solution launch time: Starting from February 13, 2026 (Friday), it will begin a gradual rollout. For details, see.[Tencent Cloud ADP] Announcement on the Upgrade of the Tencent Cloud ADP to a Subscription-Based Billing Model.
Tencent Cloud Agent Development Platform provides two types of billing items: platform monthly/annual subscription service (abbreviation: plan) and add-on package (including prepaid resource package and exclusive concurrency package). See below for related refund instructions.
1. Refund rules for plan and exclusive concurrency package:
Refunds are supported within 15 days (inclusive) of formal procurement.
Refund amount is calculated based on actual usage time (rounded by the hour: fewer than 24 hours is still counted as 1 day) .
Refund amount = Actual payment amount - (Usage duration ÷ Total duration) × Actual payment amount.
Refunds are not supported after 15 days.
2. Refund rules for prepaid resource package:
Refunds are supported within 15 days (inclusive) of formal procurement.
Refund amount is calculated based on the remaining proportion of the prepaid resource package.
Refund amount = Actual payment amount × (Remaining quota ÷ Total amount)
Refunds are not supported after 15 days.

Refund Process

Before requesting a refund, please confirm that you meet the refund conditions and ensure that all data generated under the Tencent Cloud Agent Development Platform service has been fully backed up or migrated. Tencent Cloud is not responsible for any data loss resulting from the refund process.
1. Log in to Tencent Cloud official website, click the After-sales Support page, describe the product for a refund and the reason for refund, and Tencent Cloud Customer Service Staff will process your submitted application online.
2. You may view the refund order on the order management page. The order status is "refunded". You can view the payment on the expense center page. If the review is not approved, you may view the review results in the ticket.
Note:
Before initiating a refund request, please check whether your resource type falls within the refundable scope. If it does not meet the criteria, the refund cannot be processed.
