Alarm history is used to display various alarm information triggered during system operation, including the time of alarm triggering, severity level, and specific alarm details. Alarm history helps Ops personnel query previously generated system alarms.

Function Entries

Alarm management provides two access levels: enterprise-level and workspace-level. Enterprise-level alarm management allows configuration of all alarm policies under the current enterprise, while workspace-level alarm management allows configuration of alarm policies within a specific workspace.
1. Enterprise-level alarm history
1.1 Log in to the Tencent Cloud Agent Development Console, click Enterprise Management in the upper right corner, and expand the secondary menu.
1.2 Select Operations to go to the enterprise-level alarm history page, which supports viewing enterprise-level alarm information.

Note:
Only space administrators are supported to access the Enterprise Management > Operations module.
2. Space-level Alarm History
2.1 After entering the specific workspace, locate Operations.
2.2 Click Alarm History to go to the alarm history page of the current workspace.



Note:
1. Only users with corresponding feature permissions can view alarm records to ensure data security.
2. Please go to "Platform-side user permissions" to configure the space-level alarm management feature permissions.

List Information Description

The alarm history list is displayed in tabular form and includes the following fields:

Note
Occurrence Time
The specific time when the alarm notification was triggered, precise to the second.
Alarm level
The severity level of an alarm, manually configured by users when a new alarm policy is created, includes "Informational", "Warning", and "Critical".
Alarm Message
Specific content of the alarm.

Filter alarm records

The alarm history page displays all alarm information for the current day by default. Users can manually filter alarm information, allowing filtering by time or alarm level.

You can select "All Alarm Levels", "Informational", "Warning", or "Critical".
Note:
Alarm history is saved for 6 months by default. When the query range is customized, it cannot exceed 180 days. Data beyond this range will not be accessible.

Export Alarm Information

Alarm history can be exported to Excel files, containing "Occurrence Time", "Alarm Level", and "Alarm Details". You can export all alarm records or selected alarms as needed.
1. On the alarm history page, select the specific alarm records you need to export, or directly click the Export button.
2. Select from the dropdown menu:
a. Batch Export: Exports only the selected records on the current page. When no records are selected, the "Batch Export" feature cannot be used.
b. Full Export: Exports all historical records matching the current filter conditions.
