Business dashboards primarily aggregate business data such as application invocations, user activities, and performance metrics. They provide both data dashboards and detailed data records, covering metrics related to applications, knowledge bases, plugins, performance, and more. These dashboards offer user metric displays, line charts, donut charts, and data across various spaces. The product features business dashboards with Enterprise View, Space View and Application View.

Enterprise View - Business Dashboard
Feature access: Go to the top-right profile icon - Enterprise Management - Reports. This feature is only accessible to super administrators.
Feature description: The business dashboard in Enterprise View displays space data, application data, and user data across the organization, and supports viewing invocation details for each space.
Space View - Business Dashboard
Feature access: Navigate to Platform Management - Data Reports - Business Dashboard within each space. This is visible to space administrators by default. For other space users, access permissions must be granted in the tenant management platform's User Management module to make this feature visible.
Feature description: The business dashboard in Space View displays application data, user data, and performance data within the current space.
Application View - Application Operations
Feature access: Accessible under Application Operations - Data Reports in each application. Visible by default to users with data permissions for the corresponding application. Includes call statistics, user statistics, and knowledge maintenance statistics.
Call statistics: Supports viewing invocation metrics, response metrics, performance metrics, and trend charts for the current application.
User statistics: Supports viewing client-side user metrics and user evaluation metrics.
Knowledge Maintenance Statistics: View the referenced knowledge bases under the current application and the number of knowledge entries within each knowledge base.
