The approval feature ensures security and compliance for application releases. By preconfiguring approval rules, it enables multi-person decision-making in release process management. The Approval Center is an enterprise-level feature designed to manage approval rules and approval tasks.
Role Description
The approval process involves two types of roles:
Applicant: A platform-side user who operates application releases.
Approver: The approval user (either designated users or roles) configured in the approval rules.
If the applicant and the approver are the same person, the approval is automatically granted.
Approval Status Description
Approval records include the following statuses:

Description
Approval in progress
The request has been submitted for approval and is pending processing by the approver.
The approval is granted.
All approvers have approved.
Rejected
Rejected by any approver
Canceled
The applicant actively cancels the application while it is in the approval pending status.
Approval Center
The Approval Center is an enterprise-level feature designed to manage approval rules and approval tasks. Access path: Profile icon in the upper-right corner > Enterprise Management > Approval Center, which includes two pages: Approval Rule Settings and Approval List.
Approval Rule Settings
Supports creating approval rules, setting approval scopes, approvers, and notification methods. Only super administrators have edit permissions.
Approval List
When releasing applications requires approval, approvers can view tasks pending approval and processed tasks in the approval list.

Super Admin - Create Approval Rules
Supports configuring approval rules and notification methods; applications without approval rules configured do not require approval by default.
Applicant Perspective - Publish Application
After the applicant clicks to publish the application, they will be automatically redirected to the application list (the application cannot be edited again until the approval is completed).
You can withdraw the approval request (withdrawing the approval will cancel the release). After withdrawal, you can resubmit for release to enter the approval pending status. Click "Approval Progress" to view approvers and approval progress.
Approver Perspective - Perform Approval
In the Approval Center - Approval List, you can view tasks pending approval. Click on a specific task to review the pending release settings and preview the application conversation for approval.
