LLM Knowledge Engine Basic API provides two types of billing items: postpaid and annual/monthly billing items. Related refund instructions are provided below.

Monthly/Annual Subscription

Billing Item: Concurrency Package.
Refund Rules:
Formal procurement within 7 days (inclusive) supports refunds:
Refund amount calculated by converting usage duration (counted daily, with less than 24 hours counted as one day).
Refund amount = Paid amount - (Usage duration ÷ Total duration) × Original order price × Applicable discount
Refunds are not supported for usage exceeding 7 days.

Refund Process

Before initiating a refund, please first confirm whether the conditions in the refund instructions are met and ensure that all data and materials generated based on LLM Knowledge Engine Basic API have been backed up and migrated. If you fail to perform backup or migration, any loss incurred after the refund will be borne by you on your own and is irrelevant to Tencent Cloud.
1. Log in to Tencent Cloud official website, click the Contact Customer Service page, report the products requiring a refund and describe the reason for refund. Tencent Cloud Customer Service Staff will process your submitted application.
2. You can view return orders on the order management page where the order status is "refunded". You can view payments on the expense center page. If the review is not approved, you can view the review results in the work order.
Note:
Before initiating the refund process, please check whether the resource belongs to the refundable scope. If it does not comply, it is non-refundable.
