Step 1: Registering and Logging In

Register a Tencent Cloud account. For details, see Individual Identity Verification Guide.

Step 2: Purchasing the Service

Go to the Exposure Management (CTEM) purchase page, select a plan that fits your business scenario and output requirements, then submit to complete the online purchase.

Step 3: Coordinating the Service

After you complete the payment, we will assign dedicated personnel to coordinate with you to determine the actual workload of the test target. We will also contact you to confirm the basic CTEM information and determine a communication channel for test scheduling.

Step 4: Implementing the Service

After receiving the service task, the Tencent Cloud CTEM team will conduct continuous threat and exposure surface assessments for the test target based on the approved and communicated content.

Step 5: Submitting the Report

After service implementation, the service personnel will draft a continuous CTEM assessment report and provide it to you.

Step 6: Assisting in Rectifications

The Tencent Cloud CTEM service team provides online expert answers as needed based on the assessment results and assists you in completing vulnerability rectifications.

Step 7: Performing Regression Testing

Based on your rectification results, the Tencent CTEM service team provides 3 free retests for risks found in the same application version to ensure vulnerabilities are fully fixed.

Step 8: Conducting the Service Acceptance

Once the exposure surface assessment is complete and the submitted report is confirmed by you, all content related to the service will automatically be terminated. If you have any questions about the results or report content, please contact the CTEM specialist.
