For your convenience in using the Tencent HY 3D Global service, if the Tencent HY 3D Global resource package you have purchased remains unused, we support an unconditional refund within 7 days (inclusive).
7-Days Unconditional Refund Description
For a single Tencent Cloud account, unused Tencent HY 3D Global resource packages enjoy a 7-days (inclusive) unconditional full refund from the new order shipment success date. In this section, where it is mentioned that a refund can be made within 7 days, this shall include the 7th day from the date of purchase. You can complete the refund in the console under Resource Packs.
For orders meeting the criteria for a 7-days unconditional refund, the refund amount will be the total amount paid at the time of purchase, including the cash account amount, earnings transferred to the account, and gift account amount (rebates or vouchers will not be refunded). The refund amount will be returned to your Tencent Cloud account through the original payment method.
For packages purchased as part of a campaign, if the refund rules conflict with the campaign policies, the campaign policies shall prevail. If the campaign policies state that refunds are not supported, you are not able to apply for a refund.
If there are unreasonable or malicious returns, Tencent Cloud has the right to reject your refund request.
Note:
The following situations do not meet the criteria for a 7-days unconditional refund:
Tencent HY 3D Global resource package has been partially consumed.
Tencent HY 3D Global resource package has exceeded 7 days after the purchase order is successfully delivered.
For resource packages that are not purchased by you, such as free tier resource packages and resource packages provided by campaigns, return or refund is not supported.
If a user account is suspended due to the violation of laws and regulations, all resource packages associated with the account are ineligible for refund.
Example:If you purchased the Tencent HY 3D Global resource package on May 1, 2024, and the resource package remains unused, you can enjoy a 7-days no-questions-asked refund by 23:59 on May 8, 2024. Starting from 00:00 on May 9, 2024, the resource package will no longer be eligible for return or refund.
Refund Steps
1. Log in to the Tencent HY console, go to the Resource Package Management page, select the resource package to refund, and click Refund.
2. Click Confirm Refund.
3. After reconfirmation, the refund is completed.
4. After completing the refund application, you can proceed with the withdrawal operation.
