Cloud Resource Center continuously records your account's cloud resource information scattered across each region and provides cross-regional, cross-type resource search to help you easily operate and govern cloud resources.
What Is the Value of Cloud Resource Center
Cloud Resource Center can bring customers value in three aspects:
Gain insights into global resources: The Cloud Resource Center consolidates decentralized cloud resource information on the same platform, helping enterprise customers quickly assess current cloud environment usage.
Rapid resource lookup: Customers just need to provide common information such as tags, name, or IP, without specifying a cloud resource type, to perform global resource search across products and regions, quickly focusing on business issues. Customers can also perform full-property field search for a selected cloud resource type.
Business-friendly resource view: The Resource Center's view capacity helps enterprise customers create their own business views based on business logic, enabling analysis and management of Tencent Cloud resources from a business perspective.

What Is the Data Synchronization Frequency of Cloud Resource Center
The data synchronization frequency of Cloud Resource Center is near real-time. Based on system logic, it may result in some errors but remains basically real-time.
How Long Is Data Retention in Cloud Resource Center
Cloud Resource Center only retains the latest data and does not retain historical data.

What Permissions Are Required for Users to Access Cloud Resource Center
Root account: Root account users can be accessed without the need to grant permission.
Sub-account: There are two ways to enable view permission.
Grant authorization for all views via role: Contact the root account administrator to select one of the following two CAM roles for the sub-account.
QcloudCloudrcFullAccess: Read-write access privileges in Cloud Resource Center, allowing to create, delete, and update views.
QcloudCloudrcReadOnlyAccess: Read-only access permission in Cloud Resource Center.

How to Access Cloud Resource Center
Method one: In the Tencent Cloud console, click sequentially all cloud products > develop and operate > cloud resource management > resource center to access. Who Can View Resource Information in Resource Center
Both the root account and sub-account under the current account can view ALL resource information in the Cloud Resource Center.
Can Cloud Resource Center View Resource Information under Multiple Accounts
Unsupported. Only query can be checked for resource information under the current account. Product features are in iteration. Contact your root account administrator to enable the following CAM permissions:
QcloudCloudrcFullAccess: Read-write access privileges in Cloud Resource Center, allowing to create, delete, and update views.
Why Was the View I Created in Cloud Resource Center Modified
Currently, views in Cloud Resource Center are shared with all users under the current account. The root account or sub-accounts with CAM permission "QcloudCloudrcFullAccess" can edit or delete views. If you don't want specific sub-accounts to have the ability to create, delete, or update views, contact your root account administrator to set the sub-account's CAM permission as "QcloudCloudrcReadOnlyAccess".
Why Some Attribute Fields of Tencent Cloud Resources Are Not Found in Cloud Resource Center
Cloud Resource Center currently records the commonly used attribute fields of each Cloud Access resource. Resource filter conditions error | Please check your filter conditions. If there are multiple filter conditions, check whether there is a problematic logical relationship between them. |
The resource does not exist. | The resource is isolated or terminated. Check whether the resource exists. |
