Billing Mode
Enterprise cloud drive charges all fees using the prepaid method. Billing items include user license fees, storage capacity fees, and fees for public network downstream traffic exceeding the free quota, among which public network downstream traffic is sold in the form of prepaid resource packages.
Note:
The prepaid mode means that users purchase the required resources in advance and then use the service.
Notes on Validity Period
The validity period refers to the subscription duration selected when you purchase the cloud drive. If you purchase an Enterprise cloud drive for N months on day B of month A, the service will expire at 24:00 (UTC+8) on day B of the target month (month A+N).
Boundary Description
If the current purchase date is later than the last day of the target month, the cloud drive will expire on the last day of the target month.
Example 1
On December 01, 2021 10:00:00, you purchased one enterprise cloud drive with a duration of 3 months. The validity period of the resource package is from December 01, 2021 10:00:00 to March 01, 2022 23:59:59. At the same time, on January 15, 2022 12:00:00, you renewed the service, adding a validity period of 3 months. Therefore, the validity period of the cloud drive is extended to June 01, 2022 23:59:59.

Billing Items and Pricing
|
Fee for user license | This refers to the number of users utilizing the Enterprise Cloud Drive. Fees for user license are calculated based on the number of users and the duration of usage. | 1.64 USD/user/month |
Fee for storage capacity | This refers to the total storage space of the cloud drive. Fees for storage capacity are calculated based on the storage capacity and storage duration. | 0.03 USD/GB/month |
Overage fees | This refers to downstream traffic on the public network exceeding the free quota, sold as resource packs. | 0.1 USD/GB |
Note:
We will calculate the complimentary traffic allowance based on 10GB of downstream traffic on the public network per license user per month. For details, please refer to the Free Quota documentation Upload traffic on the public network refers to the data transfer volume generated when files are uploaded from local devices to the Enterprise Drive. Upload traffic on the public network is free of charge.
Downstream traffic on the public network refers to the traffic generated when data is downloaded or loaded from the cloud drive to the user's local device or client via the public internet. Operations such as file downloading, previewing, and editing consume traffic.
Once both the complimentary traffic and purchased traffic resource packs are depleted, features involving downstream traffic on the public network and CDN back-to-origin traffic (such as downloading, previewing, and so on) will become unavailable. To avoid impacting your normal usage, additional traffic resource packs should be purchased promptly.
Calculation Method
Fee for user license = Number of users × Unit price per user license × Usage duration
Fee for storage capacity = Storage capacity × Unit price for storage capacity × Storage duration
Billing Case Study
Assuming an enterprise purchases 30 user licenses, 200GB of storage capacity for a duration of 3 months, and selects a 100GB traffic resource pack, the fee breakdown is as follows:
User license fee = 30 users x 1.64 USD/user/month x 3 months = 147.6 USD
Storage capacity fee = 200GB × 0.03 USD/GB/month × 3 months = 18 USD
Fee for traffic resource pack = 100GB * 0.1 USD/GB = 10 USD
Total cost: 147.6 + 18 + 10 = 175.6 USD. All costs are prepaid.
Plan Upgrade and Renewal
If the package you originally purchased no longer meets your current needs, and you wish to increase storage capacity, license quantity, and extend the package validity period based on the original package, you can go to the Drive Management page of the Enterprise Drive to perform operations for upgrade and renewal. We will complete the upgrade and renewal of your Enterprise Drive package within 10 minutes. Note:
If the purchased package has expired, you must renew it before termination to perform an upgrade. If the package has already been terminated, upgrade and renewal are unavailable, and you need to repurchase a new package.
Package Upgrade
To upgrade your package, follow these steps:
2. Select the package you wish to upgrade and click Upgrade in the corresponding Actions column.
3. Go to the upgrade configuration page. Depending on your needs, you can choose to upgrade only the number of users (license quantity), only the storage capacity, or upgrade both. Refer to the Post-upgrade Configuration Information section on the page to view the overall package specifications after the upgrade.
The number of users after upgrade: This refers to increasing the number of users based on the original package.
The storage capacity after upgrade: This refers to increasing the storage capacity based on the original package.
4. Click Buy Now and follow the prompts to complete the payment.
5. After the purchase is completed, the system will allocate resources for you. Once the configuration is complete, you will be notified via in-site messages, emails, and other methods.
Note:
The upgrade operation will increase the number of user licenses and storage capacity of the purchased package during its validity period, while the original package's validity period remains unchanged.
After the number of users is increased, during the validity period, the system will also provide each new user with a monthly free traffic quota of 10GB. For details about the free quota, see the Free Quota document. Package Renewal
2. Select the package you need to renew and click Renew in the corresponding Actions column.
3. Go to the renewal configuration page and select the extension period based on your needs.
4. Click Buy Now and follow the prompts to complete the payment.
5. After the purchase is completed, the system will allocate resources for you. Once the configuration is complete, you will be notified via in-site messages, emails, and other methods.
Note:
The renewal operation will extend the validity period starting from the expiration date of the purchased package, while other configurations of the original package remain unchanged.
After the package is renewed, a monthly free traffic quota of 10GB will be offered per license.
Billing Instructions for Upgrade and Renewal
The billable items, pricing, and effective duration of billing after upgrade or renewal follow the same rules as the initial purchase. For details, see Billable Items and Pricing above. Upgrade and Renewal Calculation Method
Post-Upgrade Calculation Method
User license fee = Number of new users × Unit price per user license × Remaining validity period
Storage capacity fee = New storage capacity × Unit price of storage capacity × Remaining validity period
Calculation Method After Renewal
Fee for user license = Number of users × Unit price of user license × Duration of usage
Fee for storage capacity = Storage capacity × Unit price of storage capacity × Duration of storage
Billing Case Study
Upgrade Cases
Suppose an enterprise wishes to increase the number of users in the original package from 30 to 50 (that is, adding 20 user licenses) and upgrade the storage capacity from 200GB to 500GB (that is, adding 300GB of storage capacity). With a remaining validity period of 1 month at the time of upgrade, the required cost analysis is calculated as follows:
Fee for user license = 20 users × 1.64 USD/user/month × 1 month = 32.8 USD
Fee for storage capacity = 300GB × 0.03 USD/GB × 1 month = 9 USD
In summary, the total cost is: 32.8 + 9 = 41.5 USD.
Renewal Case
Suppose an enterprise's original package includes 30 users and 200GB storage capacity. To extend the validity period by 3 months, the renewal cost is calculated as follows:
Fee for user license = 30 users × 1.64 USD/user/month × 3 months = 147.6 USD
Fee for storage capacity = 200GB × 0.03 USD/GB × 3 months = 18 USD
Total cost: 147.6 + 18 = 165.6 USD.
