Payment Overdue

When your account is in payment overdue status, the system will push an overdue alert. After receiving an overdue payment notice, promptly go to the console Top-up Center to make top-up payment to avoid affecting your business. Tencent HY post-payment settlement period is divided into daily and monthly settlement.
Daily Settlement
Daily settlement covers costs generated from 00:00 to 23:59:59 the previous day. If your account balance is insufficient to deduct the settlement fee, the system will send an SMS reminder for prompt top-up. If you do not top up within 24 hours, Tencent HY 3D Global service will be suspended. After you settle the overdue amount, the system will automatically resume the service. Once service is suspended, even if your previously purchased prepaid package still has remaining credits, resource package deduction will be paused. Upon settling the overdue payment, the system will automatically resume resource package deduction.
Monthly settlement
On the 1st to 3rd day of each month, we will generate bills for the last month and automatically deduct fees. If your account balance is negative after the settlement deduction, Tencent HY Image Global will cease service in 24 hours. After you top up to make your account balance become positive, the service will resume. After the service ceases, even if you have remaining balances in prepaid resource packages, the resource package deduction will be suspended. After you top up to make your account balance become positive, the system will automatically resume the resource package deduction feature.
