How to use Tencent HY Image Global?

The Tencent HY Image Global provides API services. The usage process includes the following steps. For details, please refer to Quick Start.
1. Register for a Tencent Cloud account and complete real-name verification.
2. Log in to the Tencent Cloud Tencent HY Image Global Console and activate the service.
3. Use the service via API and SDK command line. You can perform online testing or generate server-side SDK code via API 3.0 Explorer and use Tencent Cloud pre-written development toolkit (SDK) to call the Tencent HY Image Global API.
4. Pay for API usage.
Note:
Official services require API calling, suitable for developers with understanding of coding, HTTP requesting and API calling.

What is the service form of Tencent HY Image Global?

It provides API technical services.

How is the billing done?

Is free testing supported?

After activating the Tencent HY Image Global service for the first time, you will require free resource packages for you to test. The free calling quota will be provided as a one-time free resource package and will be deducted first during billing settlement. The validity period of a free resource package is one year. If the free resource package is not used up within one year from the activation of the service, it will expire and become invalid.

What is concurrency? What is the API concurrency limit?

Concurrency indicates the number of concurrent tasks that can be processed simultaneously. If the concurrency is m, at most m submitted tasks can be processed simultaneously at a time, and the next task can only be processed after the previous task is completed.
If no concurrency additional package is purchased, the Image Style Transfer API provides 3 concurrency by default. This limit is shared by your root account and sub-accounts.

What is concurrency additional package?

You can purchase concurrency additional packages to increase the number of concurrent tasks based on the API default concurrency. For example, if the API provides m concurrency by default and you purchase n concurrency additional packages, your root account and sub-accounts can use m + n concurrency in total. Who owns the images generated by Tencent HY Image Global?

On the premise of complying with the applicable laws and the terms of service, you have the right to manage and process the images generated by you from Tencent Cloud Tencent HY Image Global service. However, you are responsible for the input and generated content, ensuring it does not violate the applicable laws and the terms of service. Tencent Cloud assumes no liability for this.
It is important to note that due to the nature of machine learning, Tencent HY Image Global may generate similar images for users who input similar content. Images requested and generated by other users are not considered as the results provided for you.

Can the watermark identifier in a generated image be adjusted?

You should in accordance with applicable laws take technical measures to add an AI-generated identifier to the generated images. You can use the default "Generated by AI" identifier provided by Tencent HY Image Global or adjust the explicit watermark identifier content as needed to avoid causing confusion or misunderstanding among the public. You must not mislead others, maliciously or otherwise, into misinterpreting AI-generated images as human-made.

Is it possible to generate images of different resolutions?

Yes, you can set the resolutions in the input parameters of the API.

What are the supported image formats for generation?

Images in the format of JPG, JPEG, and PNG are supported for generation.

Are there any restrictions on the input images for Image Style Transfer?

The single-edge resolution of the input image must be less than 5,000 and greater than 50, and the size after Base64 encoding must be less than 8 MB. Supported formats include JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF and WEBP. GIF is not supported.

Is private deployment supported?

Not supported.
